The items that cannot be worn by short women without fashion adjustments can be embraced by tall women. Case in point, the cargo pant. Cargo pants, with their ballooning volumes of fabric should be paired with a shoe with a heel on a shorter woman, while a tall woman can get away with this fashion trend with a pair of flats for a fun casual look.
